A Story of Death and Birth with Alice

by | Jul 9, 2021 | interviews, podcast | 0 comments

If you see a loved one die early, what would it mean to you? Perhaps you would suddenly realize the fragility of life, maybe you would become scared of death. Or maybe you would become aware of the value of life and family, as our guest did.

In this interview, Alice tells the story of seeing her father die from cancer at 62, watching how his face changed when he saw her and her brother, and having it dawn on her that being a parent was something very powerful for the spirit.

Of course, it’s one thing to decide to become a parent, and it’s another thing to achieve that status. Alice was to face many challenges along the way – physical and spiritual. She had to prepare her body to be ready to carry a child, improve her health, and journey to South America to meet Grandmother Ayahuasca, and learn what it really meant to lose a loved one, in order to bring her child to term.
