Welcome beautiful thinkers.

This is how your life is already wonderful and I would like to congratulate you because sometimes a lot of things slip by the wayside and we don’t really praise ourselves for those daily things we do. Or even those things we do once in awhile, we might take them for granted. Things within ourselves, our own habits, thoughts and emotions and our own inner practices.

The way we treat others we might just assume that’s just the way I am. Perhaps even if someone says thank you for doing that it means a lot to me they will be like “that’s just what I do, no big deal.”

But these are the things that really make the world go round in some sense. These are the things that maintain peace in the world and help our personal relationships and our business relationships go smoothly and help us move forward and progress with our lives. For example, if you have been sober for a week a month or several months or years and pulled yourself out of those difficult situations.

You had to learn to form connections with others and form new connections with yourself. Congratulations your doing really well. That is fantastic that someone like you can exercise that presence and take action on it and be self aware.

Of course if you’ve never been in a situation where your addicted to drugs or some really bad habit, so much the better. Congratulations on avoiding that trap and being able to find healthy ways to deal with your problems.

Congratulations for noticing your loved ones because a lot of the time we will take the people around us for granted and forget to show them how much we care and give them gifts or notice how nice they look, give them a compliment and uplift them in any way that they can. Congrats for doing that.

Congrats for noticing the sunshine, for having a good time whatever the day looks like. Rain or sun congratulations for noticing things around you that are nice.

Having allowed to have an effect on your emotions so you can enjoy the day because it does make a difference when you are happy and kind to yourself and you don’t put huge high standards on yourself because sometimes we do that.

When you did have those high standards for yourself, maybe you are still quite demanding of yourself but congratulations for those times when you allow yourself to relax and you allow yourself to say. “Maybe I will keep working but I can be happy even though I have high standards for myself. Even though I expect excellence, I aim for excellence and I want excellence.

Even though I have those standards for myself I still allow myself to be happy because your happiness is also a standard for yourself and for others. When people see that kind of model in your behavior and thoughts and actions.

They see someone can be really productive and really happy at the same time. It’s an excellent model to put out to the world so thank you and congrats for doing these things.

Congrats for getting out of bed in the morning. Seems like something simple but you know a lot of the time we will be in that position where its not entirely certain that we will not get out of bed. We may not feel like getting out of bed, we may sleep all day but we make the effort because we have the standard for ourselves where we say “I am going to help the people. I am going to meet the obligations, the agreements which I have set for myself and others.

I am going to do my best even when other people are not looking. Congrats for doing that. Congratulations for being conscious about your habits, for noticing how your actions affect the feelings of other people because sometimes we can let that slip.

We might be entirely aware how what we are saying is affecting other people. When you can be conscious and present and look in other peoples eyes and see what’s going on. Take a guess what is going on in their internal world and ask “are you ok?” Maybe I shouldn’t talk about this or change the subject.

Thank you for exercising this level of awareness because as I said these things make all the difference in the world. Congrats for being conscious about the kind of information that you take in because it does affect your internal state because if you take in information that could be poisonous or detrimental.

It can cause you to question reality in an unhealthy way, in an extreme way that leads you to fear and paranoia. Congrats for being so aware that you can choose consciously what kind of information you are taking in when you deliberately choose a song that will uplift you or choose a channel which will inspire you or give you hope about humanity to know that something special might happen in this world.

There is the potential for people to change their minds and change their habits for the better. Essential for people to help others and be peaceful on this earth so congratulations you are doing great.

I am a fan. Thanks for all that effort in consciousness and extra perception that means a lot. Your efforts are not wasted. What you are doing is real.
