With so many people working in offices, sitting down for 8 or 9 hours a day in front of a screen, it can have drastic effects on people’s health, especially for their back. Chris Guida, co-host of the Multiversity Project found he had these issues, and decided to take his health into his own hands.

Chris went to various medical professionals, general practitioners, spine specialists and physio-therapists, slowly piecing together methods that would allow him to avoid back pain and become healthier than ever. He also applied similar methods to his own mental health, discovering the keys to his own motivation.

In this episode, Chris explains the struggles he faced and the wisdom he gained on the journey, taking responsibility for his health, life, and desires.
